Building 7 brands for HanseYachts

Introduction

HanseYachts AG is one of the world’s largest sailing yacht builder. They own seven different brands, and each one has its own website.

A comprehensive brand style guide and website design mockup for a yacht or boating company, featuring color palettes, typography, interface elements, and product photography.
A white "Hanse" logo featuring stylized text and a wave-like symbol appears on a deep blue background with subtle wave patterns.
A website navigation menu displays external resources and heritage sections, featuring links to careers, imprint, privacy policy, history, and model history alongside a Hanse DNA promotional banner.

Challenges & Solutions

Their websites were outdated and lacked a user-friendly design. Navigation was confusing, and key features were hidden.

Each of the seven brands of yachts owned by HanseYachts has its own distinct characteristics and is directed toward different target groups.

We implemented distinct designs for each brand, maintaining overall cohesiveness across all, including the commercial site.

A mobile app interface displays a yacht floor plan layout selector for the Hanse 348 model, showing configuration options for both front and middle sections.
A yacht customization interface shows both exterior and interior views of a Hanse 348 sailboat, featuring options for furniture finishes and upholstery colors alongside confirmation details.
Three smartphone screens display a modern app interface featuring a dealer locator with a timeline, map view, and country selection menu.
