The No-Code Website That Freed WaysConf’s Marketing Team

Introduction

WaysConf is a tech and design conference exploring the intersection of innovation, creativity, and technology.

We built their new Webflow site to help the team manage everything independently — no developers needed.

A sleek iPhone displaying a dark-themed app interface rests on a series of parallel black bars in a minimalist composition.
Three friends pose for a selfie against a patterned wall featuring colorful "W" letters, with one wearing a denim jacket, another in a green sweater, and the third in black.
A modern dark-themed website interface displays ticket pricing options, statistical data, and a landing page for a digital creators' conference called WaysConf.

Challenges & Solutions

The main goal was to replace their developer-dependent website with a no-code setup that gave the team full control and faster execution.

WaysConf operated with a lean team and budget. Their previous website required technical help for every update, slowing marketing and draining both time and money.

We rebuilt the site in Webflow — a no-code platform that empowers non-technical users to manage content, pages, and visuals without developer support.

A laptop displays the dark-themed agenda interface for WaysConf, showing different conference sessions organized by color-coded tracks and time slots.
A mobile app interface displays details for a WaysConf workshop about AI product marketing, priced at 159 EUR with a 4.5-hour duration on September 17, 2025.
A media resource page for WaysConf 2025 displays promotional materials and audience data, showing that over 53% of attendees are senior professionals primarily from Eastern European countries.

Outcomes

The new no-code setup eliminated all developer dependencies and cut update time by 95%. The marketing team gained full autonomy, faster workflows, and helped drive a completely sold-out event.

A row of translucent blue crystal trophies featuring neon-style zigzag designs stands on display at the 2023 Ways Awards ceremony.
A series of three dark tablet screens displays event information and venue photos for an EXPO taking place in Kraków on September 17-18.
