We're looking for a Growth Developer to help us build fast, beautiful things on the web — and grow Bejamas from the inside out.

We're on the hunt for a curious, creative coder who gets a kick out of shipping slick web experiences, running experiments, and helping a brand grow from the inside. No client work here — just you, our internal team (Marketing, Design and Leadership), and a playground of tools, ideas, and mini projects to bring to life.

You'll move fast, think in systems, and ship iteratively. If you thrive at the intersection of code, growth, and experimentation — this is for you.

Tech Stack

Current: React Router v7, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui
CMS: Headless (currently Sanity)
Deploy: Github Actions, SST, AWS
Analytics: PostHog, Plausible
Emerging: Astro – we’re transitioning parts of our stack and need your help here

What you'll do

Own the technical implementation of Bejamas’ marketing site and internal tools
Build, test, and iterate on new landing pages, UX enhancements, and micro-sites
Implement and monitor A/B tests, SEO changes, and performance improvements
Drive adoption of Astro for new internal projects and help shape our stack
Integrate internal workflows with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Zapier)
Move fast with a bias for experimentation and clean code

What we're looking for

Strong frontend development skills: React, React Router v7, Tailwind CSS
Experience using shadcn/ui or similar component systems
Working knowledge of technical SEO, performance, and accessibility
Active use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to speed up development and testing
Excited about or experienced with the Astro framework
At least C1 level of English
Proactive, independent, and comfortable prioritizing experiments

Nice to have

Experience with headless CMS (Storyblok, Sanity, Contentful, etc.)
Familiarity with no-code tools like Webflow
Comfortable wiring up tools like PostHog, Plausible, or feature flagging systems
Experience working in growth, marketing, or startup environments
