We're on the hunt for a creative, detail-obsessed designer who gets a kick out of building pixel-perfect websites, pushing Webflow's capabilities, and delivering work that makes clients say "wow." This is pure client work - you'll collaborate with our growing design team to ship beautiful, functional websites that look as good as they perform.

You'll move fast, think in systems, and work closely with our Head of Design and a team of four talented designers who've been raising the bar for the past three years. If you thrive at the intersection of visual design, interaction, and Webflow mastery — this is for you.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience building complex Webflow projects.
  • Mastery of Client-First and structured Webflow builds.
  • Strong understanding of semantic HTML, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing websites for performance.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for clean, maintainable solutions.
  • Bonus: GSAP animation experience or other advanced interaction tools.
  • A portfolio of projects that showcase high-quality design execution (Awwwards-level is a big plus).
  • Has a creative spark – thinks outside the box, comes up with fresh ideas, and finds smart ways to tackle client challenges
  • Understands that nobody knows it all and isn't afraid to ask questions or learn something new
  • Welcomes feedback with open arms and actually uses it to get better at what they do
  • Spots the tiny details that matter and obsesses over getting every pixel just right

What you will do?

  • Building fully custom, responsive websites, landing pages, and web applications using the Webflow platform.
  • Translating design mockups and concepts into functional, live websites.
  • Implementing the visible elements of a website, such as layouts, animations, and user interfaces.
  • Programming invisible, structural elements, including website loading speed, performance optimization, and integrations with other tools.
  • Updating content, expanding functionalities, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
  • Optimizing websites for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
  • Creating seamless and intuitive user experiences for website visitors.

What you can count on?

  • Work hours are determined on a project-by-project basis, with no fixed minimum or maximum limits. The number of hours may vary depending on project needs. (B2B cooperation)
  • Dedicated projects & ownership over the projects and clients you will be responsible for
  • Remote first and only approach, flexible worktime
