When entering and scrolling through any website, as users, we tend to appreciate what we see and feel, rather than what’s on the backend and how it works. But behind the scenes of every website and project we’ve been working on so far, there is one essential element we recognize the most - our team. We can confirm that not without reason, the best party happens backstage.

Besides running the world with modern web development, we want to focus on team growth and development to deliver our clients and our folks the best experience. Almost two years ago we’ve implemented a dev team structure, called tribes and right now we’re focused on scaling it up. We also have other internal teams, such as Design, Marketing, Sales and Operations. We work in an international, flexible and 100% remote environment.

When it comes to our HR team, there are 3 of us at the moment (Head of People, Payroll and Admin Specialist and Junior Finance Specialist) and we are looking for one more person.

If you're genuinely into HR trends, like using AI and automation to get your work done faster and more efficiently but haven't had a chance to spring your wings fully yet - that might be a great possibility for you!

What will you be doing?

Supporting us in all the recruitment activities in Bejamas, among others:

  • Job ads creation and distribution through different channels (Linkedin, FB groups, job boards, etc.)
  • Managing the ATS (we’re using Traffit)
  • Being in contact with the candidates and guiding them through the recruitment steps
  • Organizing and leading recruitment meetings with candidates
  • Cooperating with our Hiring Managers
  • Candidates’ sourcing by using various methods
  • Improving the recruitment process, based on candidates’ and Hiring Managers’ feedback - we’ve already built the recruitment automation flow with Zapier, Loom and other tools, and would love to develop it further

Leading the Employer Branding and HR marketing activities:

  • Discovering and playing with the latest recruitment trends, like AI, CV screener tools, and others
  • Create different types of marketing campaigns, to stay in touch with the active and passive candidates
  • Doing regular research, monitoring the market, and staying up-to-date with EB news with the aim to inspire our company activities
  • Helping with raising our brand awareness by cooperation with our Marketing team

Your profile:

  • 2 years of experience with IT Recruitment, preferably in-house, in a small size company (up to 50-100 people)
  • Proficiency in English, so you could discuss any topic easily (C1)
  • Great communication skills
  • Possess a natural curiosity that keeps you exploring and trying out new things all the time, despite the results
  • Focus on constant development and gaining new knowledge, especially from software/ technology sector
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mind that helps you be independent
  • Ownership is something you are excited about
  • Treat feedback as a tool to be a better specialist
  • “How can we do this better?” approach to everyday life and “team first, ego last” working style

Nice-to-have: you actually use AI tools day-to-day—things like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or AI agents—so you know what works (and what doesn’t).
