In the last 3 years, we have built a four-person skilled internal Design team at Bejamas that creates and delivers tons of useful designs for our customers: https://dribbble.com/Bejamas .

As a Web Designer in Bejamas, you’ll work closely with our clients, Project Managers, and Dev Team (Frontend Developers and Testers).

We are looking for someone who:

  • has at least 2 years of commercial experience working with web, the design team and clients as a designer
  • has a portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects, in different industries
  • has written and spoken English at a high enough level to communicate smoothly with the rest of our international team members and clients (B2+/C1)
  • is a master of Figma and DS
  • can understand the development phases, to be a part of it (you don’t need to code)
  • is passionate about the design, following the latest trends on Dribbble, Behance, awwwards, etc.
  • has at least basic knowledge about the accessibility
  • is able to justify his/her decisions when collaboration with various stakeholders
  • has creative mind – innovative, inventive, able to start ideas and solve clients’ problems
  • knows that it is ok that you don’t know everything
  • is open to receiving feedback and improving upon it
  • has an eye for the details and pixel perfect approach to design work

Nice-to-have:

  • previous experience with no-code or 3d animations

What you will do?

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and developers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to the internal team
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Learn and test new things on a daily basis, such as Animations, Jitter or Framer
