Remote-only
We have never had a physical office and we have worked 100% remotely from day one. You can trust there will be no office return, ever.

We don't have strict core hours since our teammates are based in different time zones. We care about our work results, not 9–5 availability.

We mostly write over Slack and prepare documentation rather than jump on calls. We don't like endless meetings and keep them to a minimum.
