We're looking for a persistent, open-minded Junior Business Development Representative eager to grow and take a long ride with us.

Your profile:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1 level)
  • Strong work ethic: professionalism, availability, punctuality, conscientiousness
  • Open to giving and receiving feedback on every step of the development process
  • Positive, growth mindset with a can-do attitude
  • People person with solid networking skills, as happy as a clam when interacting with others
  • Genuinely interested in the latest software development trends, like AI, automation, etc.

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous sales experience (e.g. in the tech industry), like cold outreach
  • Previous sport background - knowing how to push through setbacks, staying motivated during tough times, or working collaboratively with a team to hit targets
  • Basic knowledge of outreach tools / sales automation tools

Responsibilities:

  1. New business and customer service activities:
  • Finding new customers and expanding the network of customers with a use of cold outreach (cold calling & cold mailing)
  • Building and maintaining current business relationships to generate customer loyalty
  • Achieving sales targets (criteria: generating hot leads, scheduled meetings with our ICP) and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participating in sales meetings and sales presentations
  • Creating personalized customer communication
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, mainly by e-mail, Slack, or during virtual meetings

2. Sales operations and processes:

  • Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with tech industry trends to improve and develop
  • Supporting the sales team in their daily duties (for example, scheduling the meetings for the sales team, updating the CRM system and documentation in Google Workspace)
  • Staying up to date with all services provided by the company
