Pursuant to Articles 13(1)-(2) and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the GDPR), we provide the following information regarding the processing of your personal data for recruitment purposes.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Bejamas Group sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Tworkow, Poland (address: ul. Kopernika 18, 47-451 Tworkow, Poland; registration: District Court in Gliwice, reg. no.: 740630; EU VAT no.: PL 6392015814; share capital: PLN 5,000.00; Bejamas, we, us). 2. Recruitment process

We may collect your personal data in two ways:

Directly from you

• when you submit your application through our Careers page;
• when you send it to a dedicated recruitment email address;
• when you apply or communicate with us via a recruitment management system (Applicant Tracking System or equivalent) operated by a trusted data processor acting on behalf of Bejamas.

Indirectly from other sources

• publicly available professional or business platforms, such as LinkedIn or industry-specific job boards;
• referrals from third parties, such as professional contacts or recruitment agencies;
• service providers assisting Bejamas in candidate sourcing or pre-screening.

Recruitment may concern positions leading to an employment relationship or civil-law cooperation, including B2B cooperation based on service or consulting contracts.

When data is collected indirectly, we process only information relevant to recruitment, such as your name, contact details, professional experience, education, current position, qualifications, and other information made public or provided by a referrer.

Where data originate from publicly accessible sources, we inform you accordingly, and you have the right to object to such processing at any time under Article 21 GDPR.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Providing data required by labor law is mandatory for employment applications. In all other cases, data provision is voluntary but necessary to participate in recruitment.

4. Recipients and categories of data recipients

Your personal data may be disclosed to:

• data processors supporting Bejamas in conducting recruitment, including providers of recruitment management systems, communication platforms, and hosting services;
• providers of IT and cloud-based tools, such as email, document storage, and office applications, that support Bejamas’s day-to-day operations and ensure data security;
• external service providers supporting Bejamas in recruitment, HR, or administrative matters under appropriate data processing agreements;
• postal and courier service providers, where communication is conducted by mail;
• legal, accounting, or auditing advisors assisting Bejamas in maintaining compliance and defending rights or claims;
• competent public authorities, where required by applicable law.

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only where adequate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR are in place, for example Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Period of data retention

• Data processed for ongoing recruitment are retained until the recruitment process is completed and for up to 6 months thereafter to address potential claims.
• If you consent to data processing for future recruitment, your data will be retained for up to 24 months or until consent is withdrawn.
• In the event of employment or B2B cooperation, your data will be incorporated into the relevant personnel or contractual documentation and retained in accordance with applicable retention periods.
• After these periods, the data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access, rectify, or erase your personal data;
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability for data processed on the basis of consent or contract;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland or another competent supervisory authority.

7. Automated decision-making

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or otherwise significantly affects you.

Participation in the current recruitment process (required)

By sending the form, I agree to the processing of my personal data by Bejamas Group sp. z o.o. for the purpose of recruitment.

By sending the form, I consent to the processing by Bejamas Group sp. z o.o. (the Controller) of my personal data included in the application materials that go beyond the data required by law or necessary for the conduct of recruitment and related processes, for purposes connected with the consideration of my application and potential future cooperation.

I understand that personal data required by law, in the case of employment recruitment, necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract, in the case of B2B recruitment, or processed for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party are processed without the need for my consent. More information about the processing of personal data by the Controller, including the purposes, data retention periods, and rights of data subjects, is available in the Privacy Policy.

I understand I may withdraw this consent at any time, for example by email at legal@bejamas.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

I give consent for my personal data included in the application to be processed by Bejamas Group sp. z o.o. for the purpose of future recruitment processes.

I give my consent for my personal data included in the application documents to be processed by Bejamas Group sp. z o.o. (the Controller) for the purpose of participation in future recruitment processes conducted by the Controller for up to 24 months.

I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time, for example by email at legal@bejamas.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
