Storyblok space plugin, early access

Read every space the way your customers do.

Teams running several brands & markets on Storyblok have more pages than anyone can reread.

Pages go stale, SEO fields stay empty, a language version falls behind the others, and the first person to notice is your customer. Content Judge audits every space for you, every week, and reads each page as the customer it was written for.

Built by Bejamas, a Storyblok Platinum Partner.

How it works

From a persona page to a Monday report.

Set up once per brand space. From then on the plugin does the Monday reading and your editors do the fixing.

01

A synthetic audience

Each of your customer types becomes a synthetic customer: a short persona with its markets, languages, tone, top tasks, the questions it asks and what frustrates it. Bring your own personas, or we define the synthetic audience with you at kickoff from what your sales and support teams already know.

02

Every Monday, every space

The plugin reads each connected space through the Management API and runs the 4 deterministic checks. Then every persona tries its top tasks on your live site, in its own language, and grades each answer: answered, partly or not. Results are compared with last week, so an item repeats only until it is fixed.

03

The weekly report

1 report per brand space inside Storyblok, with Fix items and Idea items. Every item carries its evidence and links to the story in the editor. The chief editor gets a roll-up with counts per space.

The 5 checks

1 on the live site, 4 on the space.

Thresholds are set per space. Every item names the story, the language and the evidence.

  1. 01

    Questions a persona cannot answer

Each persona tries its top tasks on the live site. A task it cannot complete becomes a Fix or an Idea, with the page and a quote as evidence. Runs are capped per space, so the report stays short.

  2. 02

Pages not updated in 12 months

Published more than a year ago. The owner comes from the folder the story sits in.

  3. 03

    Missing or weak SEO fields

An empty title or description, a description outside 50 to 160 characters, no social image. Custom SEO blocks are mapped at onboarding.

  4. 04

    Language versions out of sync

A translation that is missing, or older than the source it translates. Works with field-level translation, language folders and the Dimensions app.

  5. 05

Broken links and missing alt text

Links that answer 404 or time out, and image assets without alt text.

An example

1 persona, 1 Monday report.

An anonymised example: a consulting engineer persona for a ventilation manufacturer with several brands and market sites, and the kind of report its German team gets on a Monday.

Persona

Market space: Germany

Jonas

Consulting engineer at an HVAC planning office

Company
HVAC planning office, 25 engineers, Munich. Specifies ventilation for offices, schools and hospitals.
Relationship
Specifies the brand's air handling units in 3 to 5 tenders a year
Markets
Germany and Austria
Languages
German. Reads an English data sheet when there is no German one, and does not like it.
Tone
Precise. Wants the airflow, the pressure drop and a name to call.

Top tasks

  1. 1. Find an air handling unit for 8,000 m³/h with heat recovery
  2. 2. Download the technical data sheet and the BIM file in German
  3. 3. Get a quote from the regional contact

The questions he asks

  • “Which compact unit handles 8,000 m³/h with rotary heat recovery?”
  • “Where is the German data sheet and the Revit file for this unit?”
  • “Who do I call for a project in Bavaria?”

What frustrates him

  • Data sheets that exist only in English
  • A selection tool that asks for a login before it shows anything
  • Product pages that changed since his last tender without saying what changed

Who it is for

For teams with more brand spaces than editors.

Multi-brand, multi-market teams on Storyblok

6 brand spaces, 4 languages, regional editors and 1 chief editor who cannot read it all. Each brand team gets its own report; the chief editor gets the roll-up.

A Storyblok space plugin

Content Judge runs inside Storyblok as a space plugin, installed per space with read-only access. Storyblok offers space plugins on its Premium and Elite plans.

Your content stays yours

Nothing is added to your components. Personas live in the plugin and export at any time, and persona runs only fetch the public pages of the domains you set at onboarding.
