Ongoing application

We’re looking for a Marketing Technology Consultant to help our clients get significantly more value from the digital platforms and tools we build and integrate for them 🤞🏽

We work with ambitious companies on complex digital projects - but launching the platform is only part of the story. There is often a lot more value hiding in the tools, data and capabilities our clients already have. Your job will be to find that value, turn it into practical marketing opportunities, and help our clients act on them.

You’ll work directly with marketing, digital and commercial stakeholders, understand what they’re trying to achieve, identify opportunities across their marketing stack, and shape proposals that make both strategic and commercial sense.

What you’ll do 👇🏼

1. Find opportunities

You’ll work closely with our existing clients to understand their ambitions, challenges and commercial goals. You’ll look at their marketing stack, data and customer touchpoints and ask: what could we be doing better, and what could we do next?

That might mean improving how they use their CMS, finding SEO or AI search opportunities, introducing better analytics, improving personalization, or connecting existing tools into a more effective marketing workflow.

2. Turn ideas into proposals

You won’t just identify opportunities, you’ll help turn them into concrete solutions. You’ll shape recommendations, build proposals and present them directly to clients. You’ll need to understand both what is technically possible and why it matters commercially.

The goal is simple: turn good marketing ideas into work that creates measurable value for the client - and new opportunities for Bejamas.

3. Stay close to the technology

You should be genuinely curious about marketing technology and what it can enable.

You’ll work with tools and concepts across areas such as:

  • headless CMS and digital experience platforms
  • SEO & AIO
  • analytics, attribution and conversion optimization
  • personalization and customer engagement
  • marketing automation and customer touchpoints
  • AI-powered workflows and agents

You don’t need to be an engineer. But you should enjoy figuring out how tools work, what they can do, and how to connect them into something useful 🖖🏼

What we’re looking for 👇🏼

You might be a great fit if you:

  • communicate clearly and can make complex ideas easy and engaging to understand
  • understand the fundamentals of marketing and how marketing activity translates into commercial results
  • can comfortably talk about things like attribution, conversion, personas and audience segmentation
  • have hands-on experience with modern marketing technologies
  • know your way around tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik, PostHog, Search Console, Screaming Frog, heatmap/session analytics and personalization platforms
  • are comfortable working with headless CMS platforms and understand how their capabilities can influence marketing KPIs
  • are genuinely AI-native; you use AI every day and are curious about what a skilled operator can build with it
  • have experience connecting tools, building simple automations or AI workflows; knowledge of MCPs is a big plus
  • are proactive, commercially minded and comfortable talking directly to senior client stakeholders

Experience with content strategy, copywriting, loyalty platforms such as Talon. One, or the retail/manufacturing space is a nice bonus but not essential.

What success looks like

This is a role where we expect you to make an impact quickly ⚡️

This is not a role for someone who wants to spend months getting comfortable before taking ownership. We’re looking for someone who is curious, driven and ready to get close to the client from day one 🚀

In your first month, you’ll be deeply involved with three existing accounts, build relationships with the key stakeholders, and develop a clear understanding of their needs, ambitions and opportunities. By month two, you’ll be turning those opportunities into concrete proposals and presenting them to clients. By month three, we expect at least one of those opportunities to turn into approved work.
